​PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program is designed to introduce Jiu-Jitsu to younger students while developing coordination and agility. Classes consist of drills and games that teach basic Jiu-Jitsu movement and beginner techniques to build a strong foundation and understanding of the art of Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and enjoyable manner.
