​PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program is designed to introduce Jiu-Jitsu to the youngest students through basic body movements and simplified Jiu-Jitsu technique. This class is fun and interactive and designed to develop agility and coordination in our youngest students.

Improve body movements such as crawling, running, jumping, balancing, climbing, and more
