PROGRAM SCHEDULE

​PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program is designed to introduce Jiu-Jitsu to the youngest students through basic body movements and simplified Jiu-Jitsu technique. This class is fun and interactive and designed to develop agility and coordination in our youngest students.

​PROGRAM GOALS

  • Improve body movements such as crawling, running, jumping, balancing, climbing, and more

  • Promote strength, flexibility, and agility

  • Socialization

  • Learn to take turns and stay in line

  • Develop listening skills

CURRICULUM INCLUDES​​

  • Games and obstacle courses to improve coordination

  • Simplified Jiu-Jitsu technique 

  • Learning to train with a peer

  • Safe sparring with coaches
